CTI links your telephone system with computer applications. This enables you to connect the phone system to a customer database so that you know who is calling and access instant information on recent calls, orders placed, outstanding issues etc. Alcatel 'Pimphony' will interface with most databases, so users can access their contacts database and automatically dial numbers.
